One thing I told the folks at Crossway about their ESV Study Bible (online version) is that the reading plan didn't come with it like the handheld Bible. My problem is that the Bible definitely is too bulky to take everywhere I go. The other problem is that I'm forgetful, and sometimes leave it at home or work. The Bible in a year readings take time, and for me are better done in portions, like morning & evening or morning, afternoon, and evening. Having the online version is great for this.
So the good people at Crossway told me about their Bible Reading Plans page, where I found the reading plan I'm using plus a whole slew of other plans.
